If you run a small to medium business (or a small, pilot, or departmental project in a large corporation) MyABCM Express is the best option. But in case your project demands millions of data points, advanced modeling needs, multiple users, full-web modeling, and other complex settings, then you should choose MyABCM Corporate.

The only requirement is to have a Windows operating system. You don’t even need a database, as this is a low-cost implementation that comes with a native database.

The ERP offers an accounting and fiscal solution, sure, but it is not a complete one. While in your ERP you will have a technical file, direct labor allocation, etc, with MyABCM you can establish a cause-effect relationship between items and allocation rules to appropriate all costs, making it easy to handle custom indirect costs allocation, for example, while the same is time-consuming and costly with ERP. It is also important to understand the “costs of serving” for each customer’s detailed profitability analysis (not just each customer’s consumed volume analysis, but the amount of effort this same customer demanded from sales, marketing, logistics, and other areas of the organization). We understand how costly, time-consuming and complex any changes to ERPs are. Finally, an ERP is not fully able to manage costs efficiently, because it doesn’t have reciprocal allocations (e.g. HR allocates its costs to IT and Production; IT allocates costs to HR and Production. That is, between HR and IT there is allocation reciprocity that should be transparent).
